A MAN has claimed that he was served a warm cup of urine instead of the Chick-fil-A milkshake he ordered through a delivery service.
Caleb Wood of Saratoga Springs, Utah ordered a milkshake and fries from the fast food chain, but that’s not what he received.
“When I started eating my meal upon delivery, I put a straw in my cup that was delivered and took a sip,” Wood told local ABC affiliate KTVX.
“I soon discovered that the cup delivered to me from the Grubhub driver was a warm cup of urine.”
Wood realized that the Chick-fil-A food delivery had been captured on his home’s surveillance camera.
He contacted the driver and a confrontation between the two was also captured on video.
Wood, holding the styrofoam cup containing warm liquid, said to the driver: “Do you realize this is pee?”
The driver admitted to confusing two styrofoam cups in his car, Wood told KTVX.

The unnamed driver said that due to his long hours, he doesn’t often get breaks and will relieve himself in his car.
Wood claimed that the sip of urine he took made him sick.
But when he reached out to Grubhub to rectify the situation, it took the company four days to respond to him, according to KTVX.
The company refunded part of his order, Wood told the outlet.
“They refunded like $18, the actual cost of the food,” Wood said.
“They didn’t refund the delivery fee or the tip that I gave.”
When approached for comment, a Grubhub spokesperson told The U.S. Sun: “This is unacceptable, and we have absolutely no tolerance for this or any type of misconduct on Grubhub.
“We took immediate action with the driver and ended his contract with us.
“We also followed up with the customer to apologize and provided coaching to the first representative who was in touch with the customer.”
