A LANDLORD has shared a viral video of a wrecked property that he claims was destroyed by an evicted tenant.
“How my tenants trashed my property after getting evicted,” TikTok influencer and wealth adviser Gustavo Pineiro (@gustavo.pineiro) wrote in the clip’s caption.
The popular video walks viewers through a home with cabinets and sinks town out, walls with gaping holes, and piles of debris lying everywhere.
“I just evicted my tenants,” Pinerio said to begin the clip.
“They demo-ed everything,” he said.
“Put everything in the living room — and look! I finally found my sink,” he said pointing at a pile on the floor.
He showed viewers room after room full of old furniture and other trash that he said his tenants left behind.

“They took a sledgehammer and look what they did to the bathroom,” he said.
But some viewers pointed out surprising aspects of the clip and claimed there were property records indicating Pineiro had only recently purchased the house, making it unlikely that tenants had done the damage.
The controversial video has been liked over 1.7 million times and commented on by more than 30,000 people.
Some fans agreed with Pineiro and even suggested he take legal action against the tenants.
“Definitely take the security deposit. Then take them to court and sue for damages,” one person wrote.
But not everyone believed that the damage had been done by a tenant, instead suggesting it was a standard renovation that he was carrying out on a new property.
“This looks more like you’re doing renovations given the fact they nicely put everything they broke into one pile,” one user commented.
“So he just bought this property and is doing demo on it. It’s all in Florida property records,” another said.
“Homeboy just bought it and is doing updates,” a third added.
