Wynonna Judd has left her fans worried after they noticed she seemed ‘off’ during her ‘bizarre’ performance at the CMA Awards in Nashville on Wednesday night.

The songstress, 59 — who has dealt with instances of vertigo in the past — sang a duet with country crooner Jelly Roll and she appeared ‘unsteady.’

She held onto the singer’s arm for the duration of the performance, with fans quickly taking to social media to express their concerns.

‘Wynonna Judd is holding on to Jelly Roll for dear life #CMAawards,’ tweeted out one X (formerly Twitter) user during the ABC telecast.

Another wrote: ‘Something is wrong with her. Hope she is ok!!’

Wynonna didn’t show any signs of ailing health while backstage in the press room after the performance.

Some felt as though the star ‘could barely walk’ and ‘could barely hold herself up’ as she sang.

Many fans did their best to inform the public of Wynonna’s past struggles with vertigo and even praised her for powering through the performance. 

‘Vertigo. Like being on a spinning just by moving your head. She did really good considering,’ read one tweet.

Last month, Wynonna looked to be in great shape as she headlined a Nashville benefit for mental health in the music industry — over a year after her mother Naomi Judd committed suicide at the age of 76. She had struggled with mental health issues throughout her life. 

In contrast, Wynonna was feeling ‘really dizzy’ during a concert in Dayton, Ohio back in February and had to briefly stop the show to reach out for assistance.

‘Hang on a second. I am really dizzy. Can someone come up here please?’ she said in a TikTok video. 

She continued: ‘I’m really dehydrated, and I’m having a hard time so hang on a second.’

Despite feeling dizzy, Wynonna initially refused to finish the show sitting on a stool and playfully told the audience to ‘take a lot of pictures’ if she ended up fainting.

She did eventually take a seat. 

Wynonna was forced to cancel her 2023 New’s Years Eve performance the day of the special because she ‘was struggling with an extreme bout of vertigo.’

Weeks later she addressed the cancellation and assured fans that she had been ‘working so hard on my mental, physical and spiritual well-being.

‘I have a great team and I’m really blessed and I’m broken and I’m working really hard at self-care, which is not selfish, it’s sacred,’ she wrote on Instagram.

She concluded the post with: ‘So I’m OK and the last thing I’ll say is, can’t keep a good woman down for too long.’

The singer has been on tour since late October and is expected to perform shows across the country through December 1.

The tour is in celebration of her 40-year music career.

She is scheduled to perform a concert in Antonio, Texas on Thursday, November 9.

Last week it was revealed that Wynonna will be serving as a ‘Mega Mentor on NBC’s The Voice for season 24, according to Deadline.
