EACH year, women across the globe come together to compete for the winning crown of Miss Universe.
In 2023, Noelia Voigt won the Miss USA crown moving her forward to represent the nation in the next Miss Universe pageant.
Who is Noelia Voigt?
Noelia Voigt is a model and beauty pageant competitor born on November 1, 1999, in Sarasota, Florida.
Voigt began competing in pageantry when she was only 16 years old.
However, she was bullied by her peers for doing so. Voigt has been open about her struggles starting and has used her platform to speak against bullying.
In April 2023, Voigt competed for the title of Miss Utah and won making her the first Venezuelan American to do so.
She went on to compete for Miss USA 2023 where she again took home the winning crown.
Voigt took to Instagram to share her thoughts before the 2023 Miss USA pageant.
The Florida native said: “The past seven years of my pageant journey have all led me to this moment.
“I usually have a bit of nerves before interview, but right now, I feel completely at peace. I can’t wait to get into that room, connect with the judges, and show them 100% of who Noelia is!”
Voigt is now set to compete in the Miss Universe competition. The annual event will take place on November 18, 2023, at 8 pm EST.

Where did Noelia go to school?
Voigt attended the University of Alabama where she studied interior design.
She then went on to receive a higher national diploma in 2022 from the National Design Academy.
According to Voigt’s LinkedIn, she has been working as an interior design consultant for RH since April 2022.
Prior to her design career, Voigt was the co-founder and head esthetician for her own lash business called Iron City Lash Bar.
Who won Miss USA 2022?
In 2022, the Miss USA winning title went to R’Bonney Gabriel.
The Texas native took home the Miss Texas 2022 crown before competing for Miss USA.
Like Voigt, Gabriel made history as the first Filipina-American to win Miss Texas USA.
Gabriel was crowned Miss USA in October 2022, succeeding Miss Kentucky Elle Smith.
She went on to represent the United States in the Miss Universe competition where she was crowned the winner.
Gabriel was the first Miss USA to win the Miss Universe competition since Olivia Culpo won back in 2011.
