Age really is just a number – at least when you’re a 73-year-old woman who is determined to prove that you’re never too old to go out and have fun.

The New Yorker has been declared an ‘inspiration’ for her content, going viral in September after filming a video of her going clubbing in Ibiza. 

At the start of the clip, which has over 1.9 million views, Lynne can be seen dancing by herself with music blaring in the house, wearing a sleeveless black and white crop top with a matching mini skirt and a black crossbody bag.

She left her long grey hair out and has a silver necklace on, as she got ready for her evening – at 1:30am.

She then danced her way closer to the camera and blew a kiss, before it transitioned to the inside of a club, wearing sunglasses and dancing along to the music.

Lynne, who post under the username honest_aging, excitedly wrote: ‘Wait for it! DJ Fisher coming up!’ as she continued to party.

‘Clubbing @73,’ she wrote in the caption. ‘Don’t let age stop you! Once in a lifetime event to see dj Fisher!’

The viral clip amassed thousand of comments, with many users shocked at how someone over double their age could party three times harder than them.   

‘I’m 26 and I get tired just standing up,’ one user wrote.

‘You look amazing! Get it girl!’ one TikTok fan exclaimed.

‘Love this,’ gushed another. ‘Keep doing you girl your my inspiration.’

Thousands of TikTok user were in disbelief – and inspired – by Lynne’s ability to party at 73

‘New life goal unlocked,’ added another, while another declared Lynne is who they ‘aspired’ to be. 

Lynne replied to some comments with advice on how to stay young – and keep clubbing at 73.

‘Just please stay healthy keep a young mindset and your body moving,’ she advised.

‘Aging isn’t what it used to be,’ she added. ‘Grab every moment like it was your last.’

The 73-year-old added that hold onto your health is ‘the most important thing.’

‘Young mindset and keep your body moving,’ she wrote. 

In another comment, Lynne admitted she didn’t have as much energy as a younger woman.

‘When I was younger. I had less energy because there were more demands on me,’ she explained. ‘But as you age life relaxes sometimes you get your 2nd wind.’
