A SELF-EMPLOYED man claims he earns more than £500 daily doing odd jobs that no one wants to do.
Spencer Claeys, from Seattle, revealed he works just five hours every day and makes more money than your average person – all without even going to an office.
The worker said he runs a cleaning business – and that demands up to £150 for scrubbing people’s rooftops and gutters.
Spencer added each house takes up to an hour to complete, meaning he can take several hours in a day and comfortably earn some good cash.
He insists that it is the “easiest” and “fastest” way he has found to make cash “quickly”.
In a TikTok video, he told his followers: “Slept in today and went to work at 2pm.
“Worked until 7 and made £530. All in a day’s work.
“No boss, no office and got paid the same day.”
In another video, Spencer said that people can earn even more if they do the work quickly.
He added that finding such jobs is easy as people don’t want to do it themselves.
“A lot of people don’t believe me when I say you can make £150 per hour cleaning roofs and gutters.
“But the truth is you can make even more than that if you price the work well and do the work quickly.
“The best reason for this is simple – people don’t want to do it themselves.
“They could but there are literally countless examples of stuff that people could do but don’t want to.
“This is what a business is and does. A business just makes someone’s life more convenient.”
Spencer – who worked as a model – says roofs and gutters need to be cleaned about once a year, and autumn is his busiest season.
