SIX people were shot at a subway station in New York City on Monday, launching an investigation.
The shooting was reported at the Mount Eden train station in the Bronx around 4:47 pm.
Mount Eden is an above-ground platform where the 4 train runs through.
The conditions of the victims are unknown.
One person was shot in the face and another in the leg, reported the New York Post.
Witnesses reported hearing more than 10 shots being fired, a law enforcement source told the outlet.
Northbound 4 trains are running on the express track from 149th Street-Grand Concourse to Burnside Avenue, said MTA officials.
All 4 trains are skipping Mount Eden Avenue in both directions.
