THE woman accused of plowing into a newlywed couple on their wedding night, killing the bride, may soon be released from custody as her bond has been set.
Jamie Lee Komoroski’s bond was set at $150,000 on Friday, nearly one year after she allegedly drunkenly drove into a golf cart in Folly Beach, South Carolina, killing bride Samantha Miller.
According to court documents reviewed by local ABC affiliate WCIV, Komoroski will be required to wear an electronic SCRAM monitor upon her release.
She will also reportedly be under house arrest and only permitted to leave for medical emergencies or as a result of court orders.
Komoroski is also reportedly required to maintain residence in Charleston County.
She is barred from driving and must surrender her passport, according to the outlet.
Previously, Komoroski was reportedly denied bond as she had been deemed a flight risk.
