Jay-Z Accused Of Raping 13 Years Old Girl
In a complaint filed on Sunday, Jay-Z, the well-known musician and businessman whose real name is Shawn Carter, was charged with raping a 13-year-old girl in 2000 along with Sean “Diddy” Combs.
The incident occurred after she was transported to an MTV Video Music Awards after-party, according to the anonymous complainant, who went by the name “Jane Doe.”
Combs was named as a defendant in the federal complaint when it was first filed in the Southern District of New York in October. Carter was added when it was refiled on Sunday.

Carter called the charges “idiotic” and said Buzbee was acting unprofessionally in a lengthy statement on Sunday night.
“I beg you to file a criminal complaint rather than a civil one since these accusations are so egregious! Would you not agree that someone who would perpetrate such a crime against a youngster ought to be imprisoned? Carter told NBC News in a statement. “These alleged victims would deserve real justice if that were the case.”
When shown the NBC News article on the lawsuit, a representative for the Southern District of New York U.S. Attorney’s Office declined to comment on whether the office is pursuing the matter.
In recent months, Buzbee has accused Combs of assault and rape in a number of cases, all of which have suppressed the identities of their complainants. For the first time, he has named another well-known defendant in this lawsuit.
In a statement, Combs’s attorneys referred to the lawsuits as “shameless publicity stunts, designed to extract payments from celebrities who fear having lies spread about them, just as lies have been spread about Mr. Combs.”
“Carter received a letter from Plaintiff’s counsel requesting a mediation to resolve this matter,” Buzbee said in the lawsuit prior to its refile on Sunday. Buzbee wrote in the lawsuit that Carter filed his own lawsuit against the accuser’s lawyers in response to the letter, which NBC News has seen.
Carter said in his statement on Sunday, “You have made a terrible error in judgment thinking that all ‘celebrities’ are the same. “My world is not yours. I’m a young man who survived the Brooklyn project. These kinds of games are not what we play. Our honor and codes are quite stringent. We keep kids safe.
According to the lawsuit, Doe was raped by Combs and Carter during a home party following the MTV Video Music Awards in New York in 2000 when she was thirteen years old.

According to the lawsuit, she was dropped off at the VMAs at Radio City Music Hall by a friend. She tried to get into the show or an after-party by approaching different limousine drivers without a ticket.
According to the lawsuit, one driver informed her that she “fit what Diddy was looking for” and that he worked for Combs. According to the lawsuit, he took Carter and Combs to a party after the event and instructed her to go back to his car later that night.
The suit claims that once the driver picked her up later, they reached a white house with a U-shaped driveway twenty minutes later.
According to the lawsuit, the party was full of celebrities and people using cocaine and marijuana, and she was required to sign what she thought was a nondisclosure agreement upon arriving. She did not receive a copy of the paper.
The suit claims that after being served a drink that left her feeling “woozy, lightheaded and felt [like] she needed to lie down,” she retired to a room to recuperate.
Combs said, “You are ready to party!” as he and Carter entered the room shortly after, according to the suit.
She claims that while Combs and an unidentified female celebrity looked on, Carter took off her clothes, restrained her, and sexually assaulted her. She claims that as Carter and the woman watched, Combs also sexually assaulted her.
The suit says that she was able to resist being forced to perform oral sex on Combs by hitting him in the neck and that he “stopped.”

“Only your network of conspiracy theorists, fake physics, will believe the idiotic claims you have levied against me that, if not for the seriousness surrounding harm to kids, would be laughable,” Carter said.
“Shamelessly attempting to extort exorbitant sums from him or else publicly file wildly false horrific allegations against him,” the celebrity charged Buzbee and his company.
The anonymous celebrity’s lawyers further asserted that if their client “does not comply with their demands,” the Buzbee had “threatened to unleash entirely fabricated and salacious allegations of sexual assault,” including “multiple instances of rape of a minor, both male and female.”
In a response to CNN and an Instagram post, Buzbee refuted the extortion allegations against him, saying that his business “won’t allow the powerful and their high-dollar lawyers to intimidate or silence sexual assault survivors.”
In an email at the time, Buzbee told CNN, “It doesn’t seem very smart to take this approach if you are trying to hide your identity and you claim you did nothing wrong.” “We’ll deal with it when the time comes.”
“With complete public disclosure, I am confident that everything will work itself out,” Buzbee wrote.
Carter’s allegation prompted Buzbee to reply on social media on Sunday, stating that the alleged victim “never demanded a penny from him” and that they merely wanted private mediation. “She is emboldened,” Buzbee continued. I’m rather pleased with her determination.
