Jabbar isn’t believed to have acted alone in the attack and the FBI is working to identify other suspects.

As the investigation continues, cops are looking into Jabbar’s background, which included time as a real estate agent.

Documents viewed by The U.S. Sun confirmed Jabbar held a real estate license from 2019 until it expired in February 2021.

In a YouTube video uploaded on May 12, 2020, Jabbar introduced himself as a Team Lead for the Midas Group and Property Manager at Blue Meadow Properties.

“I just wanna say hello and let you know a little bit about me,” Jabbar said in the first seconds of the video.

He shared that he was born and raised in Beaumont, Texas, but was living in Houston at the time of the video.

Jabbar said he was a lifelong Texan, aside from a stint in the military.

During that 10-year period, Jabbar said he served as a human resources specialist and IT specialist.

“I learned the meaning of great service, and what it means to be responsive and take everything seriously, dotting I’s and crossing T’s to make sure that things go off without a hitch,” Jabbar said of his time in the military.

Jabbar said he took the skills acquired from the military and put them to use as a real estate agent, referring to himself as a “fierce negotiator.”

“Not only do I brilliantly market your property to make sure it gets sold as quickly as possible … but I’m also going to take every ounce of energy and [put] it into negotiating for you,” he said.

Jabbar went on to urge potential home buyers to reach out to him with any questions.

“I’m glad to help anytime,” he said.
