The Senju, Uchiha, Hyūga, Uzumaki, and Kaguya Clans can all trace their lineage back to Kaguya, and each clan has produced Kage-level ninja. Most of Kaguya’s descendants wield at least one kekkei genkai that she originally possessed. Many of her descendants can be considered prodigies, and most them can fight a Tailed Beast on their own.

Neji Was A True Prodigy Of The Hyūga Clan

The Byakugan originated with the Ōtsutsuki Clan, but in the centuries since Kaguya’s defeat, it has become associated with the Hyūga Clan, her direct descendants. Every member of the Hyūga Clan possesses the Byakugan from birth, and it offers a near-360º field of vision around themselves, x-ray vision, and the ability to view a person’s chakra network. Neji was a Hyūga prodigy, and the argument can be made that he was the strongest Hyūga during the Fourth Great Ninja War.

As a member of the Branch Family, Neji was forced to teach himself the Hyūga Clan’s advanced techniques and had mastered them by the time he was a teenager. He could repel enemy attacks with Rotation and devastate opponents with the Gentle Fist fighting style, which targets the chakra network and vital organs. Neji was the first member of the Konoha 11 to become a Jonin, and, during the war, he repelled some of the Ten-Tails’ attacks.

Kimimaro Mastered The Shikotsumyaku Kekkei Gengai

The Kaguya Clan is now extinct, but its members were distant relatives of Kaguya. Their clan was literally named after her. The clan was known for its savage battle tactics and a selective few, like Kimimaro, inherited the Shikotsumyaku kekkei genkai, which was based on Kaguya’s original bone-manipulating ability. Besides Kabuto, Kimimaro was Orochimaru’s strongest and most loyal servant. He used Shikotsumyaku to produce deadly bone weapons and bone projectiles.

Kimimaro would have killed Gaara, a future Kage, if he had not succumbed to his illness, and Kabuto admitted that the Konoha Crush plan would have succeeded if Kimimaro had been healthy.

Kinkaku and Ginkaku, otherwise known as the Gold and Silver Brothers, are two of the strongest ninja that the Hidden Cloud Village has produced. They are distantly related to the Sage of Six Paths, Kaguya’s firstborn son. As a result, the brothers could use the Sage’s treasured tools, which consume insane amounts of chakra. In the past, the brothers attempted to capture the Nine-Tails, but they were swallowed instead.

They survived by eating some of the Tailed Beast’s flesh and were eventually regurgitated, but they obtained enough of the Nine-Tails’ chakra that they became pseudo-Jinchūriki. Kinkaku and Gingaku killed the Second Hokage and drove the Second Raikage to the brink of death. They were resurrected during the Fourth Great Ninja War, and Kinkaku rampaged against the First Division of the Allied Shinobi Forces while using a six-tailed form.

Like all Uchiha, Obito was distantly related to Kaguya. He awakened his Sharingan during the Third Great Ninja War, and this ocular kekkei genkai allowed him to predict his opponents’ movements, copy their ninjutsu, and distinguish different chakra sources. Obito unlocked the Mangekyō Sharingan after witnessing Rin’s death and immediately gained access to Kamui, a powerful space-time ninjutsu which granted him a form of intangibility.

Itachi was regarded a true prodigy of the Sharingan because his visual prowess was virtually unmatched. He completed the Chunin Exam on his own and was promoted to the Leaf Village’s Anbu when he was just 11 years old. Itachi agreed to kill his clan and became a rogue ninja to protect his village, which is why he joined the Akatsuki as a teenager. Not long afterwards, he defeated Orochimaru, one of the Legendary Sannin, making him a Kage-level ninja by the age of 16.

Itachi was a genjutsu master, and the Mangekyō Sharingan gave him access to Tsukuyomi, a genjutsu that affected a person’s perception of time while causing them great mental and physical pain. He could also use Amaterasu to produce inextinguishable black flames that can burn anything out of existence. Itachi could summon a Susanoo which was invincible because it wielded the Yata Mirror and Totsuka Blade. The Yata Mirror could block any attack, while the Totsuka Blade could pierce anything and seal opponents in a drunken dream world for eternity.

Hashirama Could Defeat Tailed Beasts With Wood Release

The Senju Clan are the descendants of Asura Ōtsutsuki, Kaguya’s youngest grandson. Hashirama became the head of the Senju Clan in the final years of the Warring States Period and eventually founded the Leaf Village with Madara’s help. He was selected to be the First Hokage. Hashirama was a reincarnation of Asura, which explains why he possessed massive chakra reserves.

Hashirama is still regarded as a ninja god because he was the only ninja strong enough to beat Madara in one-on-one combat. The Wood Release kekkei genkai allowed Hashirama to defeat and capture most of the Tailed Beasts singlehandedly, and he could heal himself without weaving hand signs. Hashirama could produce wooden golems that were as strong as a Tailed Beast. While in Sage Mode, he could summon a colossal wooden Buddha capable of easily overpowering the Nine-Tails, even when it was clad in Susanoo armor.
