Former NFL star hinted at Fox rumors weeks ago with mystery FS1 'romance' comments

Eagle-eyed fans believe that a former NFL star and ex-Fox Sports employee hinted at the allegations of workplace romance and alleged sexual harassment at his former employer weeks before they came to light.

Just days ago, a bombshell lawsuit from former Fox stylist Noushin Faraji alleged that former FS1 host Skip Bayless offered her millions to have sex with him.

That suit also included accusations that current ‘Speak’ host Joy Taylor slept with co-anchors and higher ups.

Wiley was a host on the show ‘Speak For Yourself’ from 2018 to 2022. The show was then re-branded to ‘Speak’, with Taylor taking over as main host.

In the show from eleven days ago, Wiley was talking about sports reporters’ use of unnamed sources – speaking about the alleged feud between ESPN’s Pat McAfee and Stephen A. Smith – and decided to give an example ‘I’ve actually heard’.

FS1 host Joy Taylor used sexual relationships with ex-NFL star co-host Emmanuel Acho (left) and network executive Charlie Dixon (right) to further her career, according to Faraji’s lawsuit

‘I have more anonymous unnamed source[d] stories in my head right now than I do real stories. For real. Because real stories happen in real time and they just real, they come and go,’ Wiley said on the episode.

‘But the ones I gotta tuck and save and use up RAM on are these anonymous unnamed sources. Like this one, [is this] B.S. or this is real, tell me what you think: well, there was a lineup shift at FS1 and it was motivated by romance. Everyone had to move around because it was getting a little contentious, it was getting a little flirtatious, it was getting a little crazy.’

Wiley then asked his audience, ‘real or fake’ before laughing and continuing: ‘Why would I ever report that, right? … It’s anonymous sources, unnamed sources, they don’t wanna be known and I don’t know if it’s real.

‘Cause think about it: if that is true, was I in the building? Nope. Do I know the people? Yeah. But do I know them well enough in their private moments to know that this happened? No. Could I ask them? Yeah. Would they deny it or accept it? Deny it.’

The lawsuit went public ten days after Wiley threw out his example of an anonymously sourced story – with the former NFL star addressing it on his podcast.

In particular, Wiley spoke about the alleged love triangle between his former ‘Speak’ co-host Emmanuel Acho, Fox Sports executive Charlie Dixon, and Taylor.

‘I never heard that Charlie Dixon and Joy Taylor were sleeping together,’ Wiley said. ‘But, upon hearing that, I’m not gonna lie to y’all. It makes a lot of things make sense. It unlocks a lot for me.’

The allegations about Dixon and Taylor have not been confirmed. But, speaking on his YouTube show on Monday, Wiley floated a hypothetical situation involving ‘an employee’.

His former Fox colleague Jason Whitlock claims Wiley is, in fact, talking about himself.

‘Here’s an example of how it can get uglier,’ Wiley explained. ‘What if there was an employee who lost their job – or their job was negatively influenced, intimidated, moved around, put in bad situations, off the network.

‘And it was because their boss allegedly was sleeping with another employee and their co-host was sleeping with the same employee?’ he said.

‘And then that same employee – coincidentally – just ends up replacing that individual. It’s example, of course, but imagine some kid of love triangle where the boss and a co-host were sleeping with the same person who ends up replacing that individual.’

Wiley, who spent time with the Bills, Chargers, Cowboys and Jaguars, insists he had heard rumors about Acho and Taylor allegedly sleeping together ‘multiple times, as recent as a week or two’.

He also speculated that Acho’s departure from Speak – he is now a co-host of ‘The Facility’ – was due to their relationship going ‘sour’.

Neither Acho nor Taylor has responded to the allegations.

‘Part of the reason it was suggested that they do a show together is because of these allegations in the lawsuit that they were sleeping together, conspiring to get that to go,’ he said.

‘Conspiring with Charlie, conspiring with Emmanuel Acho, “Let’s make this work”. What is crazier is, how they split apart… why did they go on different shows they say? Relationship went sour.’

Taylor has not been pulled off the air since the lawsuit dropped – with the host appearing on television on Tuesday.

DailyMail.com has reached out to representatives for Faraji, Acho, Bayless and Taylor for comment.
