(WJW) – Lisa Kudrow recently found a note that was left for her by her “Friends” co-star Matthew Perry, she revealed on “The Drew Barrymore Show” this week.

The actress, 61, actress appeared on Tuesday’s edition of the talk show to discuss her career and her current Netflix series “No Good Deed.” The conversation at one point turned to “Friends,” and Barrymore asked Kudrow if she ever stole anything from the show’s set.

Kudrow, who played Phoebe Buffay, said she had, but she didn’t want to reveal what she’d taken for fear it would be reclaimed. Instead, she confirmed Barrymore’s suspicion that she also owned the “Cookie Time” jar that could be seen in Monica and Rachel’s kitchen throughout the show.

“Matthew gave that to me at the end of our last episode,” Kudrow said.

She went on to tell Barrymore she recently found a note that Perry left for her inside the jar.

“I hadn’t opened it up or looked inside it, but yeah he did. He had a note in there and I forgot about it.”

“Timing is everything,” Barrymore said as she leaned in to hug Kudrow.

The ‘Friends’ alum did not share the contents of the note.

Perry, who played Chandler Bing on the award-winning sitcom, was found dead in his hot tub on Oct. 28, 2023. An autopsy determined his cause of death to be acute effects of ketamine.

Days after his death, his ‘Friends’ co-stars issued a joint statement saying they were “utterly devastated by the loss of Matthew. We were more than just cast mates. We are a family.”

In a separate statement on her Instagram, Kudrow shared a picture of the two of them together and thanked Perry for his years of friendship and laughter.

“Thank you for your open heart in a six way relationship that required compromise. And a lot of ‘talking.’ Thank you for showing up at work when you weren’t well and then, being completely brilliant. Thank you for the best 10 years a person gets to have. Thank you for trusting me. Thank you for all I learned about GRACE and LOVE through knowing you. Thank you for the time I got to have with you, Matthew.”
