Botched star Dr. Paul Nassif has expanded his family with wife Brittany Pattakos, welcoming their second child together, a baby boy.

The newest addition, Paul Michael Nassif Jr., arrived on Thursday, January 9 and the happy couple shared a photo of the little one via Instagram the following day.

“I’m so happy to announce Paul Michael Nassif Jr. was born 9 lbs. 10 oz. on January 9th, 2025 at 12:59 AM. Mother and son are safe and sound; our hearts have never been fuller,” Paul and Brittany wrote in a joint statement alongside a photo of the baby boy swaddled in blankets. “Our family is complete and we’re so excited to begin this new chapter together. Thank you for all of the love, prayers and well wishes. We’ll keep you all posted!”

Paul and Brittany are also parents to 4-year-old Paulina, while Paul shares three adult sons – Gavin, Colin, and Christian – with his ex-wife, former Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Adrienne Maloof. Paul and Adrienne tied the knot in May 2002, and over the course of their marriage, they welcomed their sons. Their relationship ended in 2012, with Paul filing for divorce in June and finalizing it by November that same year. Despite their divorce, the former couple has remained friendly over the years.

“Coparenting with Adrienne is going fine,” Paul said about his relationship with Adrienne post-divorce during an interview with Us Weekly in 2019. “We talk and text weekly. Even as the kids are getting older, we’re still doing things. [We] talk about basketball and school. We have a parent teacher conference coming up this week and we’ll both be there. So, everything’s going fine. We’re getting along very well.”

Paul also revealed that Adrienne was among the first to offer her congratulations when he and Brittany got married. He also recalled their first date during the interview with the publication, alongside his Botched costar, Terry Dubrow. Paul and Brittany’s first date happened to be at his ex-wife Adrienne’s mother’s wedding in Las Vegas, which Paul jokingly described as “weird,” but it “ended up being perfect.”

Paul proposed to Brittany on June 1, 2019, and the couple exchanged vows during a sweet ceremony in Santorini, Greece, on September 28 of the same year. Since then, the duo has been open about their desire to grow their family. Paul shared his hope for a daughter, a wish that came true with Paulina’s arrival a year later.

In July 2024, Paul and Brittany announced they were expecting a baby boy via an Instagram video featuring Paul’s sons helping out with the gender reveal celebration.

“SURPRISE! We’re having a… BOY!!!! We love you so much already, Baby Nassif!” Paul captioned the post.

The couple celebrated their fifth wedding anniversary on September 28, 2024, with Paul sharing a heartfelt tribute to Brittany on Instagram.

“Happy 5th Anniversary, @brittanypattakos! I can’t believe it’s been five years already,” he wrote. “You’re the glue that holds our family together, and I’m so grateful for your love, kindness, and everything you bring into my life. Here’s to many more adventures with our growing family.”
