Ricki Lake was warned she would lose her house in the Los Angeles wildfires.

Lake, who starred in “Hairspray,” lost her home to the Palisades Fire. Following this tragic event, the 56-year-old actress posted a video on Instagram. The clip featured medium Tyler Henry, aged 28, foreseeing the disaster during Lake’s appearance on his Netflix series back in October 2024.

“The great @tylerhenrymedium called it! Less than three months ago, on Oct 15th, 2024, Ross [Burningham] and I were on Tyler’s show and guys, he SAW the fire,” Lake wrote alongside the video on Saturday.

“The show is on @netflix. I urge you to watch it. Omg,” she added.

Lake also wrote, “Praying for all those impacted by this ongoing nightmare, including my new friend, @tylerhenrymedium and @rachaelharris whose homes I hear may be at risk.”

The actress and her husband, Ross Burningham, appeared as guests on “Live From the Other Side With Tyler Henry” in October 2024.

In the clip Lake shared, Henry eerily told the couple that they’d lose “material objects from both fire and water.”

“There might end up being a coincidence where, not only do we lose everything, something,” Henry said. “I think this might have already happened. If there was a loss of material objects from both fire and water. It’s two separate things.”

He went on, “We’re gonna end up finding there’s a story where there was a house fire or something along those lines; a fire risk. There’s something about watching water seepage into places it shouldn’t and damaging things.”

Fans reacted to Henry’s shocking prediction in the comments section.

“This is bonkers. He is one of the gifted ones,” one fan wrote.

“This gave me chills! Omg!” another fan said.

A third person wrote, “I got chills, I remember your episode and him saying this. I am so so sorry @rickilake ❤️.”

“I saw that show and immediately thought of Tyler saying that when I saw that home was lost. That was only a couple of weeks ago. So sad!” a different comment read.

Lake confirmed on Jan. 8 that she lost her Malibu home in the Palisades Fire.

It’s all gone. 💔,” Lake wrote on Instagram. “I can’t believe I am typing these words.”

“Ross and I lost our dream home,” she continued. “This description ‘dream home’ doesn’t suffice. It was our heaven on earth. The place where we planned to grow old together.”

Lake posted a new video of the wreckage of her home on Sunday.

“What’s left of our home and garden from the courtyard. The Palm trees 🌴 survived!” she wrote. “I can’t believe it….And to hear the birds chirping warms my broken heart.”

Other celebrities who have lost their homes in the deadly California fires include Paris Hilton, Billy Crystal, Jeff Bridges, Miles Teller, Anna Faris, Milo Ventimiglia and Julia Louis-Dreyfus.
