CHAMPAIGN COUNTY, Ill. (WCIA) — The countdown for Champaign-Urbana’s annual Restaurant Week has begun.
From Jan. 24- Feb. 1 some of the local restaurants in the community will offer exclusive menus and deals, to show off what makes their food shine. Nearly 60 restaurants have already joined the lineup.
Locals looking to try a variety of foods are in luck. Experience Champaign-Urbana said that participating restaurants are offering Indian, Thai, Laos, Mexican, Vietnamese, Italian, Zambian, Vegetarian, Vegan, soul food, farm-to-table and standard American fare.
Some local favorites that are participating include Sepelas in Urbana, Mahomet’s Briks Pizzeria, Bakelab in Urbana and Champaign, Nando Milano in Downtown Champaign, Champaign’s 83 Vietnamese Cuisine and Paxton’s Market Street Grill.
As of Jan. 12, not every restaurant has posted their menu yet. But, to see a full list of participating restaurants, click here.
