Police allege the documents were used to create a fraudulent will.

In September, officers stormed another home in East Corrimal and allegedly found several documents including the original will.

During the search, they also allegedly found two guns, four gel blasters, ammunition, meth, cash, three cars, a jetski and a motorcycle.

A 38-year-old man at the home was arrested and taken to Wollongong Police Station, where he was charged with 27 offences including making a false document to obtain property, dishonestly obtaining financial advantage by deception and breaking and entering a house to steal value less than $60,000.

Police allege the man’s ruse involved four homes and two bank accounts, totalling an estimated $4.5 million.

The man has been refused bail and will face Wollongong Local Court today.
