According to reports, Tom Brady is considering selling his Florida mansion, known as the ‘Billionaire Bunker,’ as bids have been made exceeding $150 million.

Brady’s newly constructed home is situated on Indian Creek Island in Florida, an exclusive area where property prices have risen significantly since Jeff Bezos purchased his third home there for $90 million last year.

After purchasing the property with his ex-wife Gisele Bundchen for $17 million almost five years ago, Tom Brady has reportedly displayed his mansion on Creek Island to a select group of potential buyers, as per a report from Bloomberg.

When they split in October 2022, Brady, 47, took on the building’s renovations while Bundchen, 44, moved on to buy her own property across the waterway.

She had paid $1.3m for a three-bed waterfront home in Surfside before they went their separate ways; which she’s since had remodeled, according to building records.

The Brazilian supermodel then splashed out $11.5m on a five-bed, 6,600sqft property a few doors down from the smaller home and opposite her former husband’s house on Creek Island.

However, Brady could now be set to pack up and leave the property located close to Gisele and their two children; Benjamin, 15, and Vivian, 12.

While it has not been officially listed on the market, his luxury two-acre home has already attracted offers of over $150m, with talks ongoing despite no guarantee that they will end in a sale.

If Brady offloads the property for that amount, it would go down as the largest home sale in Miami’s history, surpassing the previous record of $107m set by billionaire hedge fund manager Ken Griffin when he purchased a home in the Coconut Grove neighborhood back in 2022.

The seven-time Super Bowl winner built his expensive home from scratch after purchasing the lot with Bundchen back in 2020.

DailyMail.com previously revealed that Brady, reportedly worth over $500m, didn’t put anything towards the purchase of the lot, but chose to take out a mortgage for the full amount plus the option to borrow a further $17m.

As seen in aerial photos from above Indian Creek last year, it boasts an enviable garden, where a variety of vegetables and flowers appeared to be growing across eight congruent rectangular plots.

Brady recently added a boat dock and pickleball court to the property, which includes its own basketball court, an outdoor infinity pool and a tree-lined driveway which leads to a multi-car garage.

His house also faces out onto water and has a golf course behind it. According to The Sun, it is protected by a private 13-person police force. 

Brady, who brought the curtain down on his career with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, moved to South Florida after he retired in 2023.

This year he has embarked on a new career in broadcasting, after penning a 10-year, $375m deal with Fox Sports.

However, Brady has recently come under fire over a perceived conflict of interest related to his new role as a minority owner of the Las Vegas Raiders.

His heavy involvement in Las Vegas’ search for a new head coacgh has led to many questioning his impartiality as a Fox commentator; including when he worked last Saturday’s Commanders-Lions game not long after interviewing then-Detroit OC Ben Johnson. 

Yet despite outrage over him juggling the two positions, Brady has ruled out an early Fox exit one season into his 10-year, $375million contract.

During an appearance on FS1 show ‘The Herd’, he said: ‘To see how it is from a different perspective, I’ve had so many years playing on the field, I’ve watched so many games from the sidelines, now I’m up there in the booth and seeing it from a different perspective, and I’ve loved the whole process in diving into all these different teams. It’s been a lot of growth for me in one year.

‘I really can’t wait to see what it looks like in year two and way beyond that too. I’ve got nine years left on my deal and maybe longer, you never know…

‘If Fox wants me and I want to go [on], we’ll just keep going, cause it’s been really fun thus far.’
