Moving on! HGTV star Christina Haack is in the process of divorcing husband no. 3. But even as she negotiates an ugly split from ex Josh Hall, she’s open to new love. The Christina on the Coast star has been getting cozy with her new boyfriend, Chris Larocca.

Christina and Josh announced their split in July 2024, after just over two years of marriage. Their divorce is ongoing. During a recent appearance on Jeff Lewis Live, Christina — who has hired celebrity divorce attorney Laura Wasser — said her estranged husband is refusing mediation and that they were likely headed to trial. 

“He doesn’t want to do mediation,” she said. “It’s going to be fun.” 

Despite the difficult breakup, Christina has not put her life on hold. Her new HGTV show premieres Jan. 29. In The Flip Off, she goes up against her ex Tarek El Moussa and his new wife Heather Rae El Moussa to see who can get the biggest ROI on a flip. She’s also started dating again. In early January, the Daily Mail reported that Christina and Chris Larocca attended a Christmas party together in Orange County. 

“​​Christina has been dating Chris Larocca for a few months now,” a source told the tabloid. “They’re always together and out and about around Newport. They even have traveled abroad and visited other countries together.” 

Who is Chris Larocca? 

So, who is the new man in Christina’s life? While he keeps his online presence low-key, his LinkedIn profile reveals that he is the president and CEO of Network Connex, a company that provides “mission-critical network deployment solutions in fiber optics, data centers, wireless and video networks.” He graduated from Clemson University and has an MBA from the University of Southern California. 

According to the Daily Mail, Chris has a teenage daughter with his ex-wife, whom he divorced in 2015. Prior to getting involved with Christina, he was dating a Florida influencer named Andrea, who told the publication that he lavished her with expensive gifts and gave her cash to start a swimwear business.    

While Christina has already jumped into a new relationship, she has no intention of saying “I do” in the near future, a source told Life & Style. 

“Christina had a very tumultuous breakup with Josh, she’s still going through it, but at the end of the day, she deserves happiness,” the insider said. “And you have to give her credit for not giving up on love. She’s already told friends not to worry, she won’t be rushing into another marriage. She’s learned her lesson, now she says she wants to be engaged for at least five years.”
