Kelsey Parker, who was left heartbroken three years ago following the death of her husband Tom Parker, has found joy once more and is expecting a baby with her new boyfriend, tree surgeon Will Lindsay.

Kelsey opened up about the touching moment she shared the happy news with her two young children, five-year-old Aurelia and four-year-old Bodhi, whom she shared with the late The Wanted star.

Describing the reveal as a “special” experience, Kelsey and her kids even captured the announcement on video.

“We filmed it to keep. They were so happy. I think they’ll be amazing big siblings. Bodhi’s always been the baby though, so that might be hard for him at the start,” she told The Mirror.

Kelsey also hinted that her daughter might have sensed the pregnancy before being told, sharing a curious anecdote about her daughter’s intuition.

“I feel like Aurelia’s been in this world before. And when I was eight weeks pregnant, she came up and started talking to a baby in my tummy. Will and I just looked at each other in total disbelief!

“She has also said she’d like the baby to be called ‘Parker’ if it’s a boy.”

The family is buzzing with excitement as they anticipate the arrival of a new member. “Both of them had been going on and on for ages about wanting a brother or sister. So when Will came along, they were like, ‘Can you have a baby now?’ They’re so funny.”

Kelsey and Will’s romance blossomed last year when she encountered the 27-year-old from Kent during a night out. The couple made their relationship public in September.

Kelsey has candidly referred to her third pregnancy as a “happy accident”. With the baby expected in June, she recalls the moment she and her partner saw the positive pregnancy test as truly unforgettable.

“It was last October 21, the day after Will’s birthday, he shares a birthday with Bodhi. I was shocked but so happy. Will cried his eyes out!”

Will is equally thrilled about the upcoming addition to their family. “I’m over the moon,” he expressed.

“This is something I’ve wanted for a long time. I couldn’t be happier and I know Kelsey is going to be an amazing mum, she already is.”
