Police in Yreka, California, close to the Oregon border, stopped Welling just after midnight in an Arby’s parking lot, according to TMZ.

Both TMZ and USA Today report that Welling, 47, is accused of driving under the influence with a blood-alcohol content of at least .08.

As of publishing time, neither the Siskiyou County Sheriff’s Office nor the Yreka Police Dept. had responded to Nexstar’s requests for information.

On Sunday, Welling posted the following birthday message to his wife, Jessica Rose Welling, on Instagram: “Happy Birthday to our Angel who makes our dreams come true and inspires us even more! We love you to the moon and back!”

The couple married in 2019 and have two children together.
