Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs’ new indictment in sex trafficking case adds two more victims

An expanded indictment in Sean “Diddy” Combs’ sex trafficking case revealed he’s now accused of coercing two more female victims into sexual acts.

Thursday’s filing in the Southern District of New York accuses the Bad Boys Records founder of using threats and coercion to force at least three victims “to engage in commercial sex acts,” according to documents obtained by Page Six.

The indictment claims Combs referred to the alleged sexual encounters as “Freak-Offs” but at times they only involved him and “a female victim.”

“Like the Freak Offs, these commercial sex acts involving Combs and a female victim were prearranged, sometimes lasted multiple days, were sometimes electronically recorded by Combs and often involved Combs distributing a variety of controlled substances to the victim, in part to keep the victim obedient and compliant,” the court documents allege.

According to the docs, the “I’ll Be Missing You” rapper is also accused of assaulting “his employees, witnesses to his abuse and others.”

The indictment cites a video of Combs, 55, beating his ex-girlfriend Cassie Ventura in 2016 at the since-closed InterContinental Hotel in Los Angeles.

Per the court docs, the music mogul allegedly paid hotel security $100,000 for the video footage with the help of his associates.

The revised indictment also claims Combs “dangled a victim over an apartment balcony.”

The disgraced rapper was not hit with additional charges, however prosecutors now claim Combs’ alleged racketeering conspiracy began in 2004 rather than 2008.

Marc Agnifilo, Combs’ lawyer, told Page Six that his client is “as committed as ever to fighting these charges and winning at trial.”

“The latest Indictment contains no new offenses,” the attorney told in a statement.

“The prosecution’s theory remains flawed. The government has added the ridiculous theory that two of Mr. Combs’ former girlfriends were not girlfriends at all but were prostitutes.”

Combs is currently behind bars at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn, NY, after he was arrested on charges of sex trafficking, racketeering and transportation to engage in prostitution in September 2024.

His arrest came months after police raided his California and Florida homes, uncovering 1,000 bottles of lubricant and three AR-15s.

The “Last Night” rapper has maintained his innocence. His trial is scheduled to begin on May 5.
