She could be the antidote tonight.

Lady Gaga, who is 38 years old, made a striking appearance at the 2025 Grammys red carpet. She wore a bold and edgy voluminous black gown, reminiscent of the one she wore in her “Disease” music video released in November.

The high-neck dress, courtesy of Samuel Lewis, included lace-up detailing all over the leather bodice and arms, which boasted sharp, structured shoulders.

The billowy skirt on the “Bad Romance” hitmaker’s gown included a long, floor-gazing train.

She added a vintage spin to the gothic number, accessorizing with a Tiffanys & Co. 1930s archival tourmaline, onyx and pearl necklace.

The first person to wear the necklace to a red carpet event, Gaga completed the outfit with yellow and white diamond stud earrings and a diamond and tsavorite ring, all also from the jewelry brand.

As if that wasn’t head-turning enough, Lady Gaga amped up the red carpet look with super-short sharp bangs and step cut in her long black hair after kicking off her album cycle with a dramatic dark transformation in August.

The actress finished her glam with bleached brows and soft coral lipstick.

Days before the musical awards show, the superstar announced that her seventh studio album, “Mayhem,” will be released on March 7 and unveiled its haunting album cover.

The lead single, “Die With a Smile,” a duet with Bruno Mars immediately shot up the charts, becoming the fastest song to reach a billion streams on Spotify. It’s nominated for two awards tonight, including song of the year and best pop duo/group performance.

She’s given fans a sneak peek at the sounds to come with her grungy single “Disease,” and is rumored to release her third single, “Abracadabra,” with an accompanying music video in a commercial break at some point during the Grammys telecast.

However, the “Joker: Folie à Deux” star, 38, will team up with Mars to perform a tribute to Los Angeles amid the wildfires that ravaged the area.

The last time Gaga attended the Grammys was in 2022, when she paid tribute to collaborator Tony Bennett, who was battling Alzheimers at the time, with a performance of “Love for Sale” and “Do I Love You.”
