Beyoncé had the support of her husband, Jay-Z, and their 11-year-old daughter, Blue Ivy, at the 67th Annual Grammy Awards. The event, held at the Crypto.com Arena in Los Angeles, marked the first Grammy ceremony in the city since the wildfires began on January 7.

As always, all eyes were on Beyoncé, who took home multiple Grammys, including Best Country album, for album Cowboy Carter.

In her acceptance speech for Best Country Album, Beyoncé expressed genuine surprise. “Wow, I really was not expecting this,” she said with a smile. “I’d like to thank all of the incredible country artists that accepted this album. We worked so hard on it.”

Beyoncé also took a moment to speak on her transition into country music. “I think sometimes genre is a code word to keep us in our place as artists,” she remarked. “I just want to encourage people to do what they’re passionate about. And to… stay persistent.”

While Beyoncé is taking home awards and breaking barriers, her daughter Blue Ivy is making her own mark in Hollywood. At just 11 years old, Blue Ivy is already earning praise for her creativity.

In a conversation with E! News, Shaboozey, who’s known for his hit song “A Bar Song (Tipsy),” shared his admiration for the tween.

“She’s a young director. Young visionary. Young filmmaker. I can see it ’cause I direct, too,” he said.

He went on to say, “When I saw her making shoot ideas and making scene changes, it was just like, it was so cool to see them being creative.”
