Garcelle Beauvais is a grandma again! On January 31, the actress’ son, Oliver Saunders, and his girlfriend, Shantei Paranada, welcomed a baby girl into the world.

Taking to Instagram on Friday, the couple shared their daughter’s name and birth details: “Valley Marie-Claire Saunders. January 31, 2025. 6 pounds 2 ounces 20 inches.” the post read.

Beauvais also shared the news with her fans, posting an adorable picture of herself holding the newborn, while her grandson, Oliver Jr., sat next to her.

“Love at first sight!!! My heart is so full #granddaughter Valley Marie congratulations @iamoliversaunders @sparanada #oliverjunior”, the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star wrote in the caption.

While this is Oliver and Shantei’s first child together, they each have children from previous relationships. Shantei has two daughters, Siena (4) and Sundae (5), while Oliver has a son, Oliver Jr., who turned five on February 4th.

To honor his son, Oliver shared an emotional tribute on Instagram, reflecting on how his little man has changed his life.

Oliver’s journey to this happy moment hasn’t been without it’s challenges.

On a recent episode of RHOBH, Beauvais got candid about her son’s battle with addiction and the pain of witnessing his darkest times.

“My relationship with Oliver right now is really good. We’ve come a long way,” she said during the January 7 episode.

She continued, “Oliver was in a really dark place over the years. I had all kinds of emotions, sometimes all in one day — fear, guilt, what did I do wrong?”

One of the most difficult moments for Beauvais was practicing “tough love”.

“I knew he was homeless, and I knew he was in a bad place, and I couldn’t,” she recalled. “I couldn’t do anything.”

In addition to Oliver, Garcelle has two other children, twins Jax and Jaid Nilon, whom she shares with ex-husband Michael Nilon.
