How much do Super Bowl 2025 tickets cost? Face value details revealed

Between it being a rematch of 2023’s Super Bowl, Taylor Swift’s expected appearance, and Kendrick Lamar and SZA performing at halftime, ticket demand is high.

NEW ORLEANS — Want to watch the Kansas City Chiefs take on the Philadelphia Eagles in Super Bowl LIX? You might have to fork out a couple thousand dollars for a seat in Caesars Superdome.

Why? Well, the spectacle between the two teams having a rematch of their 2023 Super Bowl, how popular some players have grown, the Taylor Swift effect, the halftime show excitement and prices spiking are likely bumping up the cost.

If you include the cost of flights, a hotel room and the Super Bowl ticket, you’re looking at a trip hovering around $20,000, as seen on Book Seats. The price will fluctuate depending on a multitude of factors, like where you’re flying in from, what hotel you stay at and for how long.

How much are Super Bowl tickets?

As of Monday, the lowest price for a Super Bowl ticket we could find was $3,273 on VividSeats, $3,400 on GameTime, $3,480 on Stubhub and  $4,420 on Ticketmaster… before tax and fees. Believe it or not, this is a drop from weeks and even days prior.

Will ticket prices change again? Who knows. In 2023, the final average price for Chiefs and Philadelphia Eagles in Glendale, Arizona was $5,795.

TickPick, a company who tracks the prices of Super Bowl tickets 20 days before the game, shows 2025’s tickets are some of the lowest since the COVID-19 pandemic.

It’s a pretty significant difference to Super Bowl 2024 tickets, which were one of the most expensive on record.

If you somehow manage to get a Super Bowl 2025 ticket at face value, it’ll cost from $950 to $7,500 each. However, getting one of those face value tickets is extremely difficult because the NFL determines who can buy those.

The lowest price for this year’s game was just less than $4,000, which has declined about 30% since the matchup was set.

Gametime reports a similar trend, also noting last year’s game had a minimum price of $8,764 shortly before kickoff.

“With last year’s Vegas hype and 49ers fan frenzy behind us, prices are seeing a natural market correction,” Gametime told the Associated Press in a statement. “Plus, with no major ‘pent-up’ demand from either fan base, tickets are looking better than ever.”

With less than a week left before Super Bowl Sunday, prices could increase again like in years past, but there’s no telling for sure what will happen.

The Associated Press contributed to this report.
