DENVER (KDVR) The Boulder Police Department is asking for help from the community in locating and identifying a suspect whose dog reportedly attacked and killed another dog.
In a post on X, Boulder police said the attack happened at 3:30 p.m. on Sunday. The department said a man was walking his 15-year-old toy poodle behind the Unity Church on the Goose Creek Path near Edgewood Drive and Folsom Street.

After the attack, police said the suspect grabbed his dog and fled from the scene. Officers didn’t have a detailed description of the suspect but did share that he was a middle-aged white man with longer dirty blonde hair. His dog was described as a large tan “poodle-type dog.”
