A small town in Bucks County, Pennsylvania has some big-deal residents.

A popular destination, New Hope, is situated between Philadelphia and Manhattan, along the Delaware River. In recent years, it has gained fame as a go-to spot for celebrities seeking privacy and tranquility.

The trend was kickstarted by Yolanda Hadid in 2017 when she purchased a vast 32-acre, 5,000-square-foot property in the town. Her decision was fueled by a desire to be closer to her daughters, the well-known models Gigi and Bella Hadid, while they were residing in New York City.

The former “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” star’s Pennsylvania residence features a stone farmhouse, horse stables and a botanical garden.

Over time, Yolanda’s daughters have spent more time at the farmhouse and continue to document their quaint life there on Instagram.

“It’s where we can all come and feel like ourselves again,” Gigi told Elle in 2019 about the family home.

Yolanda Hadid shared her experience in the town, mentioning her trips to the store where her children could enjoy a sense of normalcy without the intrusion of phones or paparazzi. The supermodel expressed her gratitude for the town’s ability to provide a space where they could feel like an ordinary family.

In 2018, Gigi’s then-boyfriend, Zayn Malik, bought a farm in New Hope. Two years later, Gigi gave birth to her and Malik’s daughter Khai at Yolanda’s house.

While the stars broke up in 2021 after Malik, 32, got into a physical fight with Yolanda, 61, he still lives in Bucks County to be near his daughter.

“It’s a very rural environment… It’s just chill, it’s quiet, there are no human beings,” the former One Direction member told British Vogue last year.

“You know, you get space to really reflect on your thoughts and think about things, without all the noise of the world,” he added.

Gigi is currently dating Bradley Cooper, who bought his own $6.5 million gentleman’s farm near Yolanda’s property in New Hope.

Cooper, 50, who hails from Abington Township near Philadelphia, purchased the plot of land in December 2023.

The Oscar nominee’s farmhouse boasts seven bedrooms and six baths spread over a spacious 6,300 square feet, and has undergone several renovations and expansions over the years to morph into a palatial retreat.

Built in 1704, notable features of Cooper’s home include a refurbished guest house, a timeless stone bank barn, plus luxurious amenities such as a pool, a pond and access to a serene 20-acre private lake ideal for canoeing and kayaking.

Bucks County has also attracted the likes of Leonardo DiCaprio, Sydney Sweeney and Julianne Moore who have been seen filming movies near the area.
