Kylie Kelce is sharing a glimpse into how she first learned that brother-in-law Travis Kelce was dating Taylor Swift.

In an interview for the Wednesday, February 12, episode of the “Call Her Daddy” podcast, Kylie, 32, told host Alex Cooper that she did indeed meet Swift, 35, for the first time at the Kansas City Chiefs game against the Buffalo Bills at Buffalo’s Highmark Stadium in January 2024.

Cooper asked Kylie during the episode about how Travis, 35, told his family that he had begun dating Swift. “I’m assuming your family was, like, getting told this in some capacity?” Cooper posed, to which Kylie responded, “We were not.”

While Kylie, who is married to Travis’ older brother, Jason Kelce, remained tight-lipped about specific details, she did tease a little more. “I will say, we knew before everyone else knew but it was not, like … it did not hit the group chat.”

Cooper then pushed Kylie a bit further, asking whether she first heard the news from Jason, 37.

“Jase and I found out together,” Kylie confessed as she began to blush, of which Cooper noted, ensuing laughter from both Cooper and Kylie.

“Jase and I found out together, but we knew before they hard launched with her going to a game,” Kylie said, referring to Swift’s attendance at the Chiefs vs. Chicago Bears game on September 24, 2023.

Cooper also quizzed Kylie on her initial interaction with Swift. “The world saw you and Taylor meet obviously for the first time at the Chiefs and Bills game. Was that the first time you guys met?” Cooper asked.

“Yes,” Kylie said, adding that the topic of the pair’s first meeting ruffled more than a few feathers in the leadup to the January 2024 Chiefs game against Buffalo. “People are deeply disturbed by this. There was, like, all this stuff leading up to it [the meeting] about, ‘Well, why haven’t they met, they’re avoiding each other.’ I’m not avoiding anyone.”

Kylie posed for photos at the event alongside Swift and Cara Delevinge, as well as fellow Chiefs WAG Brittany Mahomes, which surfaced online after the game concluded.

Kylie told Cooper that she was open to meeting “anybody,” but especially “someone that Travis is dating.”

“It was funny to me because I kept saying to people, ‘I didn’t meet Travis for probably close to a year when Jase and I were dating.’” Kylie explained.

Providing further insight into the family’s interactions with Swift, Kylie then confirmed that she and Jason had been on a double date with Travis and Swift inside one of the couple’s homes, although it is unclear whether Kylie referred to Travis and Swift’s home or her home with Jason.
