Season two of The Real Housewives of New York City has come to an end, and many fans are beginning to wonder what the cast will look like for its third installment. Much of this speculation comes after Brynn Whitfield made herself arguably the most hated person on the show.

Now, Sai De Silva is opening up about her troubled castmate and saying she noticed red flags early on in their friendship.

Fans will recall that the season ended with Brynn saying that Ubah Hassan knew about her past sexual assault before making a joke about her getting on the show by sleeping with someone. Since then, Ubah has seemingly put this behind her, but many viewers say Brynn is done for on RHONY

Recently, Sai sat down for an interview with SiriusXM’s Jeff Lewis Live, where she spoke about her relationship with Brynn. Regarding how it started, she said, “I was the first one to kind of click with Brynn so quickly, you know, and we met back in 2022, and right before doing this whole journey, her and I got along really well.”

Sai then addressed the red flags she noticed early on with Brynn.

“I would bring her to influencer events and things like that with me, and we would FaceTime, and we would talk all the time, and sometimes the stories just were completely different than I would hear one-on-one from our group chat stories, and I think that’s when I started realizing some red flags were up,” Sai said.

Jeff brought up Brynn having said on the reunion that she misses Sai’s kids. Notably, he said he didn’t think she knew Sai’s kids. The RHONY star responded to that by saying, “I mean, I stand with Jeff here. You are really good, and you see right through bulls–t. I think Brynn has probably met my children maybe once or twice. I wouldn’t, my son probably wouldn’t even know her name.”

Sai continued, “No, she’s met them maybe, she’s come to my house maybe two, possibly three times, tops, and then she’s met my children maybe one or two times, tops.”

It can be easily assumed that Brynn saying she misses Sai’s kids was her way of making viewers feel that she’s closer to the ladies than she actually is, which would perhaps make them feel like she belongs with this group. Notably, her relationship with the entire cast is fractured, and many wonder if she has a path forward.

Fans can watch RHONY on Peacock as they await more casting news following Rebecca Minkoff being confirmed to not be returning next season.
