A popular adult star has detailed the grim realities of dealing with her period when she is with a client.

Kayla Jade, 30, from New Zealand, has taken the internet by storm with her very candid insights into her career as a full-service sex worker.

In 2024, the star, who now lives in Queensland, Australia, started to post confessional videos to her TikTok.

On her account, she opens up about unique client requests, what happens during bookings, and how much money she makes.

Kayla, who is completely transparent about her lifestyle, films her chats casually either while eating, shopping, or doing her makeup.

In a recent video, Kayla started by saying she had a booking later in the day but was on her period.

‘I’m probably going to cancel, but if I do decide last minute to go, I need to get some period sponges,’ she explained from her car.

‘I don’t want to leak out while I’m doing the deed.’

The adult star shared that you can get the sponges online, but this time she was going to buy them from an adult-only store.

Her video cut to a bright blue sky as the blonde bombshell walked inside with her hair blowing around her face and sunglasses perched on her nose.

She also had a black Van Cleef necklace adorning her neck as she spoke.

‘Sometimes they don’t have them and if they don’t I’m just going to take that as a sign not to go [to meet the client],’ Kayla told her followers.

The video then cut to the OnlyFans model inside the store in front of a bowl of sponges that were wrapped in plastic packaging.

The products can be inserted while in bed with a partner and removed afterwards.

‘These aren’t my usual go-to, but they’ll have to do,’ she explained before she bought two.

When she was back in her car, she confessed, ‘I really don’t like these ones.

‘The other ones have a little hook and you can “fish” them out, but these ones… I don’t know.

‘The shape and everything about them I don’t like. But it is better than nothing.’

The blue-eyed internet sensation only started her popular OnlyFans account in 2022.

She has amassed 514,000 followers on Instagram and 1.9 million on TikTok.

During an interview with Australia’s MamaMia in November 2024, Kayla told the outlet it was ‘wild’ how popular her videos were becoming.

‘It’s kind of wild how much traction my videos are getting,’ she told the outlet.

‘It’s just been really natural for me to talk about the work I’m doing, but it’s been so lovely to get this kind of cult following — like, I’ve found my girls, it’s like FaceTiming a friend!’

She told the outlet she had been doing online adult content for three years and only moved into full-service sex work in the last 12 months.

Kayla went on to say, ‘I’m used to having men watch my content on other platforms and on TikTok, my audience is 99 percent female, a lot of them are moms — maybe women who didn’t get to have that wild of a time in their twenties and enjoy living vicariously through me.’
