A head-on crash involving a ride-share car in Perth has left a young woman dead, a man fighting for life and another man injured.

The 24-year-old woman was killed about 10pm yesterday, just metres from her destination on Birdwood Parade in Dalkeith.

It’s understood the collision occurred when a 45-year-old man lost control of his Jaguar and mounted the curb, crossing onto the wrong side of the road and slamming into a Honda head-first.
