The footage also shows smoke coming from the roof.

The cause of the fire remains unknown but explosions have been reported, as reported by the Fox affiliate WTXF-TV.

Cops warned locals to stay indoors due to the “dangerous smoke” that was billowing, per The Philadelphia Inquirer.

Residents that lived within a half-mile radius of the factory were urged to stay indoors.

Hazmat crews are on the scene monitoring air quality.

Jeffrey Browne, the Abington Township Commissioner, urged Americans to avoid the area.

No injuries have been confirmed and employees were whisked to safety.

Schools located within a one mile radius are to remain closed.

Investigators have launched a cause into the blaze.

SPS Technologies, founded in 1903, is a supplier for aerospace fasteners and fittings.

Horror as SEPTA train carrying 350 people goes up in flames forcing passengers to evacuate in frantic scenes

The factory is near an athletic field with baseball diamonds.

A SEPTA train line was suspended while crews battled the blaze.

The fire comes just weeks after a SEPTA train carrying 350 people in Philadelphia burst into flames.

The train was heading to Delaware when the fire broke out.

Passengers on board the train spoke of the chaos that unfolded.

Dnasia Bruckner revealed she felt claustrophobic as she moved through two carriages, as reported by the NBC affiliate WCAU-TV.

“I was scared,” she said.

She said it took around 15 minutes to get off the train.

The cause of the train fire is still being probed.

Officials were looking if the blaze started in one of the train’s engines.
