Emma Jones is a singer-songwriter, vocalist and guitarist from Canberra, Australian Capital Territory, Australia. She is a contestant on Australian Idol 2025, judged by Marcia Hines, Kyle Sandilands, and Amy Shark.
Emma discovered her passion for music at a young age and has devoted herself to her craft ever since. She took up song writing at just 13 years old. From singing at Kirribilli House for Prime Minister Anthony Albanese to rocking out at music festivals, the Canberra performer is nothing if not versatile.
Emma was a finalist in the top 10 ‘Toyota Best Of The Buskers Championships’ at the 2024 Toyota Tamworth Country Music Festival in Tamworth, NSW. Robbi & Ben from NSW were crowned the 2024 Toyota Best of the Buskers champions, the Dollys from New Zealand took second place and Dennis Comino from Queensland placed third. Emma walked away with $200.
