Ever since Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce started dating back in 2023, they have become the greatest power couple in the entertainment industry, and they don’t seem to be slowing down.

Fans love to see how supportive they are of each other. Taylor constantly shows up to cheer on the Kansas City Chiefs at games, and Travis has traveled halfway around the world many times to support her at her sold-out shows.

But it’s not only fans that love them together. Jason Kelce has nothing but great things to say about his younger brother’s superstar girlfriend.

Jason Kelce Said Travis Kelce Changed For The Better Since Dating Taylor Swift

Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce’s families seem to be even bigger fans of the relationship.

Recently, Jason Kelce opened up about how much he appreciates Taylor and the positive effect she had and still has on his brother. Apparently, Travis has changed a lot since he and Taylor got together, and it has been for the better.

“It’s been staggering, honestly,” Jason said in a Fitz & Whit podcast episode. “One of the things I love so much about Travis is that he never grew up. He was like Peter Pan and the Lost Boys.”

Of course, while Travis’ childlike attitude can be adorable, Jason appreciates how getting serious about his relationship with Taylor helped him become a more mature person.

“I think that sometimes you get people in your life that maybe get that out of you and that’s a good thing,” Jason said.

“Trav, he is growing up. He still got that youthful enthusiasm. I think he’ll always have that, that’s just part of his personality and I think it’s one of the reasons that every teammate has loved playing with him.”

Jason Was Concerned About Taylor And Travis At First

Jason couldn’t be happier that his brother found love with Taylor, and he’s rooting for their relationship, but while he always liked Taylor and thought she was a great person, he was a little worried about what dating her would mean for Travis.

When their relationship became public, he made headlines for giving his honest opinion about how dating Taylor might put Travis at risk. While Travis Kelce was already acquainted with fame, Taylor Swift’s level of stardom was beyond what any NFL player had ever experienced, and Jason worried it would be too much for Travis to handle.

“It’s certainly been weird, the level that it is now,” Jason said back in October 2023.

“On one hand, I’m happy for my brother that he seems to be in a relationship that he’s excited about, that he is genuine about. But there’s another end of it where it’s like, ‘Man, this is a lot.’ There’s paparazzi talking about him fueling his car before the game today and I’m like, ‘Is that really necessary information to share?’”

“Overall, he can deal with some of this. As long as it’s not, you know, becoming a threat to his safety and things like that.”

Some people took offense to his remarks, but honestly, it makes sense that he would be concerned about his youngest brother, and it was nothing against Taylor. On the contrary, it was against the people who behaved inappropriately around her.

But he seems to have gotten over his fear now, and it looks like the family couldn’t be happier about the couple.
