Lady Gaga Says She'll Miss Scheana Shay the Most on Vanderpump Rules & Admits She’s Not Excited About New Cast During Lie Detector, Plus Shares If She’d Consider Joining Real Housewives

Lady Gaga admitted during a lie detector test that she’s not excited for the entire new cast of Vanderpump Rules, and she revealed which castmate she’ll miss the most. The Academy Award-winning recording artist, who’s a known Bravo fan, also shared if she’d consider joining Real Housewives.

Last year, Bravo confirmed that the entire cast of Pump Rules was getting replaced by current servers at Lisa Vanderpump’s restaurants. Many fans blame the revamp on the original castmates’ failure to film together in the aftermath of Tom Sandoval’s affair with Rachel Leviss.

Taking a lie detector test for Vanity Fair, Lady Gaga was asked if she would ever say yes to being a Real Housewife.

“No,” she answered. “That would make me feel scared — to like be on reality TV. This [lie detector test] makes me feel scared.”

When asked if she was excited for a “whole new cast” of Vanderpump Rules, Gaga answered, “No. Yes? … No.”

After her response, the analyst said her answer was “inconclusive.”

“Who will you miss most from the original cast?” asked the interviewer. Gaga put her hand over her face and thought about it for a while.

Scheana [Shay],” she said finally.

On a February 11 episode of Boyfriend Material with Harry Jowsey, former Pump Rules star Katie Maloney threw shade at some of her castmates.

“Not everybody but some people on the show definitely were trying to self-produce a lot, and that would be frustrating because you’re like, ‘Why are you acting this way?’ Those times get frustrating, I think, because you’re just trying to be as authentically yourself as possible when you see somebody else like, trying on a new personality, you’re like, ‘Okay,’” she said at the time. “People think that they can sway audience opinion, and you are just so f*cked if you think that you can predict what an audience is gonna think or feel.”

“They would think that, and they would just sort of be like, ‘Well, I’m gonna be this, this season,’” she went on. “You want to appeal to people more, but it never works. It blows up in people’s faces every single time.”
