During FBI Director Kash Patel’s confirmation hearing, he had the backing of a notable unidentified woman, who has now been revealed as his girlfriend, Alexis Wilkins. Wilkins, a country singer and press secretary for the Republican party, stood by Patel’s side.

Wilkins, whose presence drew public curiosity, later stood by Patel’s side at his swearing-in ceremony.

Dressed elegantly in an all-white gown, she impressed attendees with her grace and warmth. 

Patel, meanwhile, used his speech to reflect on his journey as a first-generation Indian American achieving the American Dream. 

Speaking to the press, Patel expressed his frustration with the negative coverage he had received, stating, “You have published false, hurtful, and defamatory content about me. Despite this, I urge you to continue with your attacks but to refrain from involving other FBI personnel.”

Wilkins, 26, spoke fondly of Patel, 44, highlighting his loyalty and kindness. 

Wilkins, visibly emotional, disregarded the political aspects and focused on Patel’s character, describing him as incredibly loyal, kind, and caring. Overcome with emotion, she expressed her admiration before Patel affectionately kissed her on the forehead.

She recalled a conversation with former President Trump, who asked, ‘Kash is loyal, right?’ — to which she confidently responded, ‘Yes.’

Raised primarily in Arkansas, Wilkins also spent parts of her childhood in England and Switzerland. 

A Nashville-based independent artist, she has shared the stage with country legends like Lee Greenwood, Sara Evans, Joe Nichols, Aaron Lewis, Curtis Grimes and RaeLynn. 

Her Veteran’s Day single Stand and debut EP Grit both landed in the iTunes Top 10. Passionate about veterans’ causes, she works with Warrior Rounds, a group that collaborates with veterans to create music, and frequently performs at VA hospitals.

Beyond music, Wilkins has become a rising conservative voice.
