Sammi “Sweetheart” Giancola and her fiancé, Justin May, are expecting their first child together!

“We’ve been keeping a little secret.. ✨Baby May Due August 2025✨🤰🏻,” the “Jersey Shore: Family Vacation” star captioned the pregnancy announcement via Instagram Sunday.

“After struggling through years of infertility, this is the absolute greatest blessing we could ever possibly ask for! We are so thrilled to finally be able to share the news of our little miracle with you all!” Giancola continued.

“Our hearts have never been so full of love, we can’t wait to meet you baby! 🫶🏼🥹💕.”

The TV personality — who got engaged to May in March 2024 — shared the sonogram photos of her baby to announce the news.

Giancola, 37, also had a photo shoot on the beach to announce that she and May are expanding their family.

The beach snapshot included a large teddy bear with balloons alongside a sign that also read: “We’ve been keeping a secret.. Baby May Due August 2025.”

Soon after the reality TV star shared the announcement, many of her “Jersey Shore” co-stars and friends took to the comments to react.

“😭😭😭😭 I’m crying all over again!!!! Congratulations 🍾,” Jenni “JWoww” Farley gushed, while Mike “The Situation” Sorrentino added, “Congratulations 🙌🥹.”

Deena Cortese also took to the comments to wish Giancola the best on her journey into motherhood.

“🥹🥹🥹 so excited for you two !!! Love you 🥰 your going to be the best mommy !!” she wrote.

Giancola previously opened up about her plans to start a family using in vitro fertilization (IVF) during a September 2024 appearance on Page Six’s “Virtual Reali-Tea” podcast.

“I’m nervous, I am so nervous,” she said of documenting her IVF journey on “Jersey Shore: Family Vacation.”

“I go through it on the show, but I was so nervous about the whole thing. … I wasn’t sure what to film. It was just a scary process in general because it’s so personal.”

Giancola froze her eggs at the age of 35 and revealed her plans to start a family on the Season 7B premiere.

A few months later, during a November 2024 episode, she revealed that she suffered a miscarriage.

“This has been a very long process,” she said of conceiving after IVF. “It’s been a lot of shots. It’s been a lot of hormones.”

Giancola called getting pregnant through IVF a “magical moment” that was “devastating” when it was “taken away.”
