A 26-year-old woman has been charged with multiple offences including threatening violence to a group, after posting an alleged antisemitic video to social media filmed in a Sydney hospital.
Investigators from Strike Force Pearl, a NSW Police task force that focuses on antisemitism, made the arrest on Tuesday night after the woman attended a police station in Sydney’s south.
The woman has also been charged with using a carriage service to threaten to kill and using a carriage service to menace, harass, or offend.
NSW Police commissioner Karen Webb described the charges as a “major development”.

“Strike Force Pearl detectives must be commended for acting swiftly under enormous pressure and public expectation,” she said in a statement.

“Detectives have overcome obstacles and jurisdictional challenges to get where we are today,” Webb said.
“This is the fourteenth arrest under Strike Force Pearl with a total of 76 charges laid which demonstrates the commitment of strike force detectives investigating these offences.”
Strike Force Pearl was established in December 2024.
The Condell Park woman was granted conditional bail to appear at the Downing Centre Local Court next month.

This marks the latest in a series of arrests and charges related to alleged antisemitic incidents across the country.
