Drake has cancelled the remainder of his Australia and New Zealand tour.

The Canadian rapper, 38, was due to perform at Brisbane Entertainment Centre on March 4 before a date at Qudos Bank Arena in Sydney on March 7.

The hitmaker was then set to play gigs at Auckland in New Zealand on March 15 and 16.

But Drake has officially cancelled the remaining dates of his tour due to a ‘scheduling conflict’.

‘We are actively working on rescheduling these dates along with adding some additional shows,’ a spokesperson told Daily Mail Australia.

‘All tickets for the affected shows will remain valid for the new dates. Refunds will be available for those who prefer, but please note that as these shows are sold out, any refunded tickets will be released for sale.

‘We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience. Drake and the entire team have had an incredible time doing these shows and are excited to return soon.

‘We look forward to sharing the rescheduled dates with you as soon as possible.’

Confused fans have expressed their disappointment on social media and claimed the rapper would have known his schedule months in advance.

‘Why did Drake just cancel the rest of his tour and fly back to Canada?’ one person questioned.

‘Drake does this every tour, why are y’all surprised?’ another disappointed fan said.

Daily Mail Australia understands there had been plans to cancel the tour as early as Saturday but fans weren’t told till days later.

It comes after Drake was seen partying at a Brisbane nightclub till 4am on Wednesday morning before jetting out of the country.

The rapper arrived to the establishment at 1.45am after performing a show in the city on Tuesday night.

The Courier Mail reported Drake had abruptly left the country at 6.40am Wednesday morning and travelled to Fiji.

The rowdy influencers shared a glimpse at their outfits for the evening in an Instagram post prior to the dinner but did not disclose any details.
