Prince Harry recalled a moment of “genuine concern” for his then-pregnant wife, Meghan Markle, when they attended the 2018 Invictus Games.

“My wife has been part of this community since shortly after the Orlando Games in 2016 and has loved every minute of it.”

Harry, 40, shared that one of his fondest memories with the Duchess of Sussex, 43, is when they attended the multi-sport event for injured, wounded or sick active military members and veterans in Sydney while she was pregnant with their first child, Prince Archie.

“There are so many special memories, but I’ll never forget the bear hug I received from Rob out on Sydney Harbor — and my genuine concern that he might try the same with my wife, who was pregnant at the time!” he recalled.

“There truly is no better place to be than among these incredible individuals and their families.”

Markle gave birth to Archie, now 5, in May 2019. The couple, who wed in May 2018, then welcomed daughter Princess Lilibet in June 2021.

The “Suits” alum has continued to attend her husband’s Invictus Games, which Harry founded in 2014, every year.

Earlier this month, Markle and the “Spare” author attended the sporting event together in Vancouver, Canada.

The As Ever founder showed off her beau’s impressive dance skills via her newly activated Instagram account as they kicked off the opening day of the Games.

Markle also posted a sweet video on her Instagram Story that showed her and Harry holding hands while walking on a snow slope.

A source told Page Six that the former actress left the Invictus games earlier than Harry “to ensure she could be with the children while the Duke continues supporting the remainder of the Games.”
