ABINGDON, Va. (WJHL) — The Washington County, Virginia Sheriff’s Office assisted the Great Falls, Montana Police Department in identifying a man charged with 32 felony counts related to child pornography.
After a CyberTip through Internet Crimes Against Children, an investigation was launched to identify and recover evidence from Caleb Wayne Kline, 19, of Great Falls, Montana.
A news release from the sheriff’s office said Kline was charged with a total of 32 felony counts related to the distribution and possession of child pornography. His charges are as follows:
- Knowingly possess child pornography (30 counts)
- Use communication system or other electronic means for the purpose of procuring or promoting the use of a minor for activity (One count)
- While being 18 years or over, with lascivious intent, knowing and intentionally encourage a child under the age of 18 years to perform in or be a subject of sexually explicit material (One count)
