A 15-year-old girl has allegedly blown more than twice the legal limit after slamming into a tree in Victoria.

Emergency services were called to Tom Roberts Parade in Point Cook about 10.40pm last night.

A 15-year-old girl who had allegedly been driving a Toyota Corolla, was given a breath test by police, at the scene of the crash.

She allegedly returned a positive result, and when she was taken to a police station she returned an alleged reading of 0.122 – more than double the legal limit for adults.

Learner and provisional drivers are forbidden from driving after drinking alcohol.

Two 14-year-old girls and a 15-year-old girl were treated by paramedics at the scene.

The Corolla sustained “substantial damage” according to police.

The alleged driver is expected to be charged on summons with drink driving offences, dangerous driving, unlicensed driving and other traffic-related offences.
