Teddi Mellencamp is giving an update on her health.

Recently, the former “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” star, 43, underwent brain surgery to eliminate brain tumors. On Friday, she took to her Instagram to provide an update on her condition post-surgery.

“Staples out and ready for radiation,” Mellencamp wrote alongside a selfie of herself lying in bed, smiling with a shaved head.

Support poured in from her fellow housewives, with Kyle Richards, her best friend forever, commenting, “You are as stunning as always,” and Dority Kemsley adding, “You look lovely! My prayers are with you!”

Celebrities from “The Real Housewives of Orange County” also joined in to show their support. Emily Simpson from “RHOC” remarked, “You appear strong and beautiful,” while Gina Kirschenheiter cheerfully said, “I am thrilled to see you doing well teddy!! 🙏🏻Keep going strong! ❤️💪🏼 You are incredibly beautiful!”

Mellencamp’s sister Justice reposted the picture to he own Instagram Story that same day, gushing over her siblings, writing, “Cancer, don’t mess with a Mellencamp. @teddimellencamp is here to kick your ass. Love you so much!”

A few days prior, Mellencamp told followers that “in full transparency, more tumors were removed than expected: 4 in total.”

“This fight is not over, but that round has been won.”

The podcast host thanked her medical team for making her “surgery a success” and her “recovery process comfortable.”

“As I move on to the next steps in my treatment, I just wanted to say thank you to everybody for the outpouring of love and prayers,” the reality star shared of her friends and family. “I see them, and they’re definitely helping me stay strong.”

Mellencamp’s updates came on the heels of her revealing her shocking diagnosis.

“For the last several weeks I’ve been dealing with severe and debilitating headaches. Yesterday the pain was unbearable and required hospitalization,” the daughter of singer John Mellencamp, 73, explained on Instagram in February.

“After a CT scan and MRI, doctors found multiple tumors on my brain, which they believe have been growing for at least 6 months,” Mellencamp continued. “Two of the tumors will be surgically removed today – The remaining smaller tumors will be dealt with via radiation at a later date.”

The wellness coach added that she is “blessed to be surrounded by my children, family, friends, doctors, nurses and surgeons who are doing everything possible to get me back into better health.”

“Thank you to everybody who has reached out, and to everyone who has supported me along this journey,” she concluded.

Mellencamp’s estranged husband Edwin Arroyave has also been by her side, despite the pair separating in the fall of 2024.

Arroyave, 47, and Mellencamp, who share three children: Slate, 12, Cruz, 10, and Dove, 5, have put divorce on the back burner for the time being.

“The divorce is not anyone’s focus at the moment,” a source told US Weekly. “Edwin wants to be there for Teddi and their family in any way they need.”

A second insider shared that the exes “are on good terms at this moment.”

Arroyave has been by Mellencamp’s side, writing on Instagram Feb. 17: “Our family is thankful to everybody for your continued prayers and well wishes. Teddi is beyond grateful for the outpouring of love while she continues to recover,”

In addition to brain tumors, Mellencamp has battled skin cancer over the years.

“It’s #WorldCancerDay so I’d like to remind you to get your skin checks scheduled,” she captioned a picture of the scar on her back on Instagram on Feb. 4.
