A 39-year-old virgin who hasn’t ever smooched a significant other is opening up about life without intimacy.

Discussing her view on celibacy, Sarah shared on TikTok that she is not planning to engage in sexual activities in the near future.

“I was a little boy crazy when I was in my teens and 20s,” Sarah shared in one video. “There was always at least one guy I was into.”

“There are guys I think are good-looking, don’t get me wrong,” the content creator continued. ‘But being into somebody, that hasn’t been the case since my late 20s or early 30s.’

“I’m at peace right now with my singledom,” she added, saying she could possibly be a virgin for the rest of her life.

“I don’t want to disturb my inner peace because it’s taken so long to get here,” the TikTokker concluded.

In a separate clip, Sarah revealed the reaction she gets when she tells people she’s a virgin who’s never been kissed.

“The first is the people that are just genuinely, wholesomely, shocked and curious,” she stated. “These are the people that are fun to talk to because they’re not judging in any way.”

“The second reaction I tend to get is people that are almost offended by it,” the brunette added, before saying the third reaction is a “full-on blank stare” that makes her feel like a “space alien.”

Viewers had similarly diverse reactions to Sarah’s celibacy, with some saying she should go out and have sex.

“She has missed out on a LOT, y’all needa stop coddling everyone,” one detractor declared.

However, others celebrated Sarah’s celibacy, while another woman revealed that she, too, had never been intimate with anyone else.

“I’m 50 and have been alone my entire life,” the fellow virgin vented. “Zip, zilch, nada. I don’t tell too many people though. The people that do know have never made fun of me, at least not to my face.”
