Brittany Higgins announces birth of her baby

She shared a photo of her newborn on Instagram last night, where he seemed to be sleeping in a hospital cot.

The baby boy’s name is yet to be revealed.

“Last night we welcomed our little boy into the world,” Higgins said on Instagram.

“A huge thank-you to the amazing midwives, nurses and doctors for their care and kindness.

“We’re both looking forward to getting to dote on the newest member of the family — forever grateful for all the love and support we’ve received.”

Higgins and Sharaz got engaged on New Year’s Eve in 2022, at Cape Byron lighthouse in Byron Bay NSW.

Lehrmann has denied that any sexual activity occurred between himself and Higgins, and has appealed the judge’s findings against him.

Higgins released a lengthy statement after the ruling.In it, she said:

“It has been five years of criminal and civil trials and government inquiries for the truth to finally be heard.

“It is now time to heal.”
