The incident in question occurred around 2 p.m. on Feb. 4 at a home in the 15000 block of Northwest 32nd Place in Miami Gardens, according to a probable cause arrest affidavit obtained by local ABC affiliate WPLG and Fox affiliate WSVN. It was Williams who called 911, saying her stepfather had “nearly bitten her finger off.” She reportedly failed to mention that the victim was unconscious and in need of medical attention.

When officers arrived on scene, they found the man unresponsive in the living room with severe injuries to his forehead, the affidavit reportedly said. Williams had blood on her clothes. She allegedly told cops that she was visiting her mother and stepfather when he told her to leave. A fight broke out and Williams and the victim wrestled on the floor, the affidavit reportedly said. Williams alleged that her stepfather bit her on the leg and finger.
