The 45-year-old actress — who is the daughter of Goldie Hawn — was clad in a black sequin gown with a single draped sleeve.

The flirty look had a loose-fitting top before transitioning into a long, fitted skirt with fringe detail.

Kate teamed the showy ensemble with a pair of peep-toe platform black heels that flashed her apple-red pedicure, which coordinated with her manicure.

Her footwear boasted a round, glinting, silver brooch that elevated her fun look. 

The mother-of-three pulled her signature long blonde locks into a sleek updo, allowing her to highlight her flawless makeup.

Her cheeks were dusted in a mauve-toned blush, and the glowy presentation was completed with a matte lipstick.

She added black drop earrings as she walked the red carpet solo, posing for snapshots.

Performers who took the stage at the benefit concert included Kate, Alicia Keys, Beck, Cher, and Cher, among others.

And the presenters listed on the flyer were Tracy Morgan, Alex Edelman, Susie Essman, and Amy Schumer.

In addition to benefiting God’s Love We Deliver, proceeds from Love Rocks will also go to Project Angel Food.

The official website, glwd.org, noted that the donation to the Los Angeles-based organization will help survivors of the city’s January wildfires. ‘We send love and strength to all those affected,’ a statement on the site reads.

The longtime The View roundtable host was comfortably coordinated, per her typical MO.

The Ghost actress wore a black coat that cropped just above her knees, allowing her charcoal-colored skinny jeans to show underneath it.

She layered a long-sleeved, button-up white shirt beneath the outer layer, adding a long olive green scarf.

And Goldberg finished the outfit with dark green, flat footwear, flashing white socks.

Meanwhile, Tracy Morgan brought his upbeat energy to the red carpet as he arrived in a black Nike sweatsuit. 

The 56-year-old comedian sported a fresh haircut, and a long, flashy chain with a huge ‘#1’ dad pendant. 

Bill Murray, 74, was in good spirits while posing with a group of other guests.

It comes after last week, during an appearance on SiriusXM’s Sway in the Morning show, he finally addressed a 2023 rumor that he was romantically involved with Milkshake hitmaker Kelis.

‘I was fascinated, I met this girl named Kelis, who — I got great press that I was dating her, which really raised my cred,’ he joked about the star, who was formerly married to rapper Nas.

‘So you weren’t dating?’ host Calloway asked, before the actor confirmed, ‘No.’
