Heartbreaking details have emerged over the death of the ex-wife of Baywatch star David Hasselhoff, Pamela Bach-Hasselhoff. Tragedy struck the family’s Hollywood Hills neighbourhood as local residents reported hearing Pamela Bach-Hasselhoff’s daughter, Hayley, “screaming and crying” outside her mother’s home where she fatally shot herself on Wednesday.

Hayley Bach-Hasselhoff, aged 32, was reported to have been seen in a state of distress, going in and out of her parents’ lavish $2 million property as she screamed and cried uncontrollably. Her mother, 62, known for her roles in Baywatch and Sirens, was tragically discovered deceased from a self-inflicted gunshot wound. Neighbour Hiromi Osieck recalled the harrowing scene, describing Hayley’s anguish: “She was hysterical, yelling, screaming, crying on the street. She was crying, saying ‘I just want to get my car’. A little later, she came out with police. I heard her crying and somebody was trying to comfort her.”

Ms Osieck, aged 65, witnessed paramedics arriving close to 9pm, following which Hayley emerged from the house visibly overcome by grief. Although unable to see inside, the neighbour noted Hayley’s inconsolable crying when she exited the house, recognising her car parked on the driveway.

The neighbour shared that they last saw Pamela at the home earlier that week when she was taking out some rubbish. However, the drama was not uncommon in this affluent area, as John Osieck, Hiromi’s 70 year old husband, recounted keeping a distance from Pamela due to neighbourhood “drama”.

Speaking to Mail Online, he revealed that Pamela, who has two children including Hayley, had previous clashes with other neighbours including disputes over parking spaces.

“It’s shocking. She was chatty. She would talk to a lot of people when she walked her dogs. She didn’t seem like the type of person who would want to kill herself,” John added.

An autopsy is scheduled for Thursday afternoon, the medical examiner’s office confirmed. Officials reported that no suicide note was discovered at her residence, located a short distance from Universal Studios.

Pamela had been married to David Hasselhoff from 1989 until 2006 and had lived together in the residence before their separation.

The family’s representative issued a statement, saying: “Our family is deeply saddened by the recent passing of Pamela Hasselhoff. We are grateful for the outpouring of love and support during this difficult time but we kindly request privacy as we grieve and navigate through this challenging time.”
