Dorit Kemsley has been on fire in The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills Season 14. Amid her separation from PK Kemsley, Dorit has spent most of this season feuding with Kyle Richards and Sutton Stracke. But in this week’s episode, she takes a break from the friend drama to sit down with her estranged husband, who had recently sent her a seven-page email threatening to cut her off financially and take custody of their two children.

In an exclusive clip obtained by DECIDER, both parties agreed that they’ve done “work” on themselves since deciding to separate, with Dorit saying her “eyes are wide open for the first time in a long time.” She points out that “something shifted” in PK over the last few months, though he argues that things only “started to go wrong” once he moved out of their shared home and into an apartment.

“One of the significant issues in our marriage were your control issues,” PK tells his estranged wife. “And there was me, separated. And less than a few weeks in, you’re dictating where I’m gonna live. And that’s in the backdrop of me knowing that you’re in our house. And I’m taking this really small apartment,  which was, in my life, as humble as it’s ever been. And it felt like an approval process that I didn’t want to go through.”

Dorit notes that they “never actually had the conversation about the apartment,” before asking what she really wants to know: “What prompted that long email that knocked me off my feet?”

But PK quickly claims that Dorit focused on only “part” of that email.

“It was a summary of how you made me feel and what life will potentially look like if we don’t resolve this,” he explains.

Will this couple be able to reconcile their marriage? Or will PK be the next one photographed smooching a mystery woman in a Mykonos airport? Only time will tell.
